INTRODUCTION
Computer management discipline is a set of all knowledge, techniques and tools
to ensure data management and more specifically the organization of information
system.
An information system should be organized, finished and controlled. It is a
means an optimization of the performance of the company average. How to set up
a database that can help manage a business? The answer to this question is
focus on the present study.
O.1. PRESENTATION OF THE
TOPIC
The title of this work is 'Design and
implementation of a database for personnel management' (case of a Branch of the
National Institute for Vocational Preparation). The basis for setting up data
will serve as a storage place for available all data related to personnel. The
processing of this data will produce information for users, and will facilitate
perform some basic tasks related to personnel management.
O.2 THE PROBLEM
The problem is the set of issues
concerning a theme and shows the strength and necessity of research questions.
In our work, the problem is the question that we will try to answer.
The construction of the problem is based on an
exposed part of the sentence which reflects the implied (hidden meaning) and
allows to highlight the logic between the terms of the subject links view. The
problem does not require a definition of a word. It involves a reformulation
which may be in the form of a paradox.
Nowadays the number of staff that will
gradually weigh in our institutions, they get into trouble because of
unavailability in the management of personnel: in the case of the National
Institute for Vocational Preparation which is a public establishment of service
with good reputation for leadership training. The personnel management is
manual and managers are experiencing many difficulties; those workers for
example to detect assigned to such service and are in such province.
As the system is manual, the INPP cannot master the management
of its staff.
The identified difficulties are expressed as follow:
- How can we help the National Institute of Vocational
Preparation to have good command concerning the personnel management using
computer?
- As a computer scientist, which information system should
be put in installed to menage the staff?
- How will this new system be relevant?
