ABSTRACT
The work which we led carried onthe implementation of
maintenance procedures with the aim of elaboration of a maintenance plan of
equipments of the depots SCDP liquid.It aims at improving and at reorganizing
the maintenance of equipments through the Maintenance department.
To bring to a successful conclusion this project, we presented
at first the current situation, which was marked by the absence of the
procedures in the Maintenance departmentand a continual increase of the
breakdowns of equipments; we presented also problematic of this project.
We afterward studied and presented the review of literature
and the methods used to bring to a successful conclusion our
project,particularly the methods of elaboration of procedures and the methods
of elaboration of maintenance plans.
We continued by presenting the results:the drafted procedures,
the global plan of maintenance of equipments, the elaboration or the updated of
maintenance plans.
We ended with a financial study which showed us that this
project is profitable from the first year.
