3.2.2.2. Étapes du modèle organisationnel de traitement (MOT)

1.Recensement des règles d'organisation (RO)

On appelle règle d'organisation (RO) un ensemble des principes et de normes qui guident l'organisation du travail au sein d'une entreprise.

RO1 : le candidat à la formation se présente selon l'horaire de formation de 08h⁰⁰ à 10h⁰⁰, de10h⁰⁰ à 12h⁰⁰ et de 13h⁰⁰ à 15h^00.

RO2 : la formation s'organise journalièrement.

RO3 : le rapport se fait circonstanciel par les formateurs de 15h^01' à 17h^00'.

RO4 : l'analyse rapport s'effectue le même jour.

2. Recensement des processus et leurs éléments

Il s'agitd'un ensemble d'éléments superposés inclus dans un même domaine d'activités.

Dans notre recherche, nous avons élaboré sept processus suivants :

Début de la formation ;

Test les candidats formés ;

Résultat de la formation ;

Signature des brevets ;

Livraison des brevets aux candidats ;

Rapport circonstanciel ;

Analyse rapport.

Processus « début de la formation » a comme procédures :

ü Enregistrement de l'identité du candidat ;

ü Paiement (des frais) de la moitié des frais ;

ü Début de la formation.

Processus « test des candidats formés »

ü Avoir suivi la formation ;

ü Test des candidats formés.

Processus « résultat de la formation »

ü Evaluation des candidats ;

ü Correction du teste ;

ü Résultat de la formation.

Processus « signature des brevets »

ü Vérification des régularités du candidat ;

ü Signature des brevets.

Processus « livraison du brevet au candidat »

ü Présentation du brevet payé ;

ü Vérification ;

ü Enregistrement ;

ü Marquage du brevet.

Processus «  rapport circonstanciel »

ü Enregistrement des brevets marqué ;

ü Rapport circonstanciel.

Processus « analyse rapport »

ü Vérification de la conformité du rapport ;

ü Analyse rapport.

Elaboration du tableau de procédure fonctionnelle.
