ABSTRACT
Multinationalization trade helping the QSE management systems
(including ISO) are spreading globally in organizations. If their enterprise
deployment follows the same rules (compliance, obtained certification by an
accredited body ...), however their ownership by management differs according
to the structure in which it is located.
Even if it is necessary, the use of management tools is not
sufficient to guarantee the effectiveness of the management system. The style
of situational management plays an important role in the sense that it can
adapt its management profile teams that was to frame. Optimization management
tools through the strong leadership coaching, adequate training of staff and
targeted communication.
