Le système Européen bien qu'il soit de façon générale plus protecteur des D.H, n'offre pas un cadre juridique propice au droit à l'alimentation. Par contre, le droit à l'alimentation est dépourvu de toute ambiguïté au sein du système Interaméricain des D.H.
