Il s'agit en général d'impôts acquittés par une personne : le redevable légal, qui le répercute

sur une autre personne qui est le redevable réel.

C'est le cas de la TVA payée souvent par les entreprises, en tant qu'intermédiaires entre le

consommateur final et l'Etat.
