CONCLUSIONIl est plus que certain de revoir la qualité et la quantité des apports nutritionnelles chez les femmes ménopausées; la situation engendrant un risque de sur leurs santés à cet âge de leur vie demeure multifactorielle. Néanmoins, il faudrait oeuvrer vers la prévention qui est peu coûteuse par des conseils diététiques appropriés, sur le choix des aliments et leurs équivalents nutritionnels et énergétiques, la pratique d'une activité physique afin de lutter contre les surpoids et ses corollaires métaboliques avérés. Insister sur une supplémentation calcique pouvant réduire le risque de fracture du col de fémur.
