Pour les constructions en terre, il est intéressant préalablement à l'exécution, de procéder à une étude géotechnique qui aura pour but :

D'identifier les terres ;

De déterminer les meilleurs gisements ;

D'optimiser les paramètres de moulage-démoulage (teneur en eau, densité sèche, dosage du stabilisant) ;
