Dans ce chapitre, nous allons devoir faire un petit historique au sujet de l'entreprise AMUR MUGOTE, sa dénomination et forme juridique, situation géographique,

I.1 DENOMINATION ET FORME JURIDIQUE

a) Dénomination

L'entreprise AMUR MUGOTE qui signifie ANTOINE MUHINDAGIRA RUTERA, le nom de l'initiateur et propriétaire de l'entreprise, MUGOTE est le nom de son village natal, un des trois groupements du territoire d'Idjwi dans la province du Sud-Kivu.

b) Forme juridique

AMUR MUGOTE a la forme SPRL (Société privée à responsabilité limitée) dont le propriétaire est le Président délégué général et les associés interviennent dans autres secteurs.
