Abstract

The training took place within ASG advisory group in Montreal, the firm is specialized in the implementation of business solutions. The services cover most of the corporate functions.

The missions of this training are very varied going works of prospecting, financial diagnosis, calculation of breakeven point to the presentation of the demands of financing. The main mandates in which I participated are Auphélia technologies, MHB & Biomédicopharma and Veilleurs volants.

The business plan of « Ets Fondatechnique » was established to accompany the future purchaser in the process of acquisition of the family company and find him the necessary financing. We analyzed all the functions of the company.

For a better estimation of the performances and to influence the choice of the decisions for the future, I set up some tools such the Z-score of Altman, the method of the ratios and the ACP.
