Conclusion
J'ai choisi la voie de l'apprentissage pour mes deux
années de master et même si cette année a été
assez intense, je ne regrette pas mon choix. En effet, être les 2/3 du
temps en entreprise permet non seulement de s'acclimater au monde du travail et
au fonctionnement de l'entreprise mais également d'appliquer
concrètement, lors des missions, les outils ou notions abordées
de manière théorique. C'est un choix que je conseille à
tout étudiant souhaitant se perfectionner et obtenir une
expérience enrichissante et valorisante pour la suite de son parcours
professionnel. Effectivement, cela induit un certain rythme de travail et donc
une organisation permettant de réussir à la fois le suivi des
cours et les examens ainsi qu'en entreprise des missions et l'atteinte des
objectifs. C'est un réel investissement qui se choisit et qui avec le
recul vaut bien quelque soirée supplémentaire de travail
après une journée effectuée en entreprise et qui
représente non seulement un enrichissement personnel certain mais
également un réel avantage comparatif lors d'une candidature
à un poste.
A l'heure actuelle effectivement mes expériences
professionnelles passées ainsi que mon apprentissage chez EDF m'ont
permis de développer des compétences, de prendre du recul et de
mieux analyser les choses ainsi que d'évoluer dans ma manière de
réfléchir et de prendre une décision. Cependant,
même forte de cette expérience, je me considère comme une
cadre débutante. J'ai encore énormément de chose à
apprendre notamment dans le domaine technique et réglementaire, ainsi
que des points améliorer tels que la capacité à
présenter l'élément ou des résultats à ma
hiérarchie ou à un auditoire (se faire comprendre de tous), ma
faculté à convaincre les autres d'adhérer à mon
projet et de le faire avancer ou encore dans la prise en compte de tous les
impacts possibles de la démarche.
Pour cela, de l'expérience dans le métier est
nécessaire.
Néanmoins, je peux toujours compter sur ma
capacité d'adaptation, mon sens de la communication et ma rigueur pour
mener à bien les projets que l'on me confiera et m'intégrer dans
l'équipe avec laquelle je serai amenée à travailler.
Une fois diplômée, j'aimerais continuer à
travailler dans le domaine de ma spécialité afin de mettre
à profit les compétences et connaissances acquises jusqu'alors et
me perfectionner en prenant en compte les spécificités de
l'entreprise. Dans l'idéal, j'aimerais intégrer une grande
entreprise ou les formations tout au long de son parcours professionnel, la
mobilité et la possibilité d'évolution de carrière
sont plus importantes. L'objectif est d'obtenir un poste de cadre dans un
premier temps sans vocation managériale pour parfaire mes connaissances
techniques et me familiariser davantage avec le milieu et l'entreprise pour
ensuite évoluer vers un poste de manager. Selon moi, procéder de
la sorte permettra d'être plus crédible sur le terrain
vis-à-vis d'une future équipe éventuelle en ayant une
solide expérience en logistique dans le domaine de l'entreprise.
Pour atteindre mes objectifs, je me suis rendu compte durant
mes 2 dernières années que j'avais accumulé des lacunes en
anglais et pour pouvoir atteindre mes objectifs professionnels et m'ouvrir plus
de porte il semble indispensable de m'améliorer en anglais. C'est donc
pour cela que j'ai décidé de partir pour 6 mois aux Etats unis,
c'est l'occasion de pouvoir me créer un carnet d'adresses mais
également et surtout perfectionner mon anglais.

I chose the path of learning for the last two years of master
and even if this year was quite intense, I do not regret my choice. 2/3 of the
time spent in a company is not simply solved in the world of work, but they are
also applied concretely, during missions, tools or concepts discussed
theoretically. It is a choice that I recommend to any student wishing to
improve and obtain a rewarding and rewarding experience for the rest of his
career. Indeed, that's what happened to a certain workflow and an organization
that made it possible to successfully complete courses and exams as well. This
is a real investment that has been chosen and enriched by staff, but which has
not been enriched by the staff but also by a comparative advantage when
applying for a position.
At present, my past professional experiences and my
apprenticeship at EDF have allowed me to develop skills, to step back and
analyze things better, to evolve in my way of thinking and making a decision. .
However, even strong from this experience, I consider myself a beginner. I
still have a lot of things to learn especially in the technical and regulatory
field, as well as improving points such as the ability to present the element
or results to my hierarchy or to an audience (to be understood by all), my
ability to convince others to join my project and move it forward or take into
account all the possible impacts of the process.
For this, experience in the trade is necessary.
Nevertheless, I can always count on my ability to adapt, my
sense of communication and my rigor to carry out the projects that will be
entrusted to me and integrate me in the team with which I will be brought to
work.
Once graduated, I would like to continue working in the field
of my specialty in order to use the skills and knowledge acquired until then
and improve myself by taking into account the specificities of the company.
Ideally, I would like to join a large company or training throughout his
career, mobility and the possibility of career development are more important.
The objective is to obtain a managerial position at first without any
managerial vocation to perfect my technical knowledge and to become more
familiar with the environment and the company and then to evolve towards a
position of manager. In my opinion, proceeding in this way will make it
possible to be more credible on the ground vis-à-vis a possible future
team by having a solid experience in logistics in the field of the company.
To achieve my goals, I realized during my last 2 years that I
had accumulated shortcomings in English and to be able to reach my professional
objectives and to open me more door it seems essential to improve myself in
English. So that's why I decided to leave for 6 months in the United States,
it's an opportunity to be able to create an address book but also and
especially improve my English.
