Abstract
Does the structuring of information flows, as part of a
process of standardization of methods, make it possible to improve the
productivity of a team?
This thesis answers this question in the light of the work,
observations and exchanges conducted throughout 2 years of alternation at
EDF.
This study is conducted as part of the LTA Master and focuses
on describing an initiative in its project components and design processes. We
have tried to understand what are the good mechanisms that led to the emergence
of the project and to propose an analysis and recommendations to be able to
imagine indicators of measure of success of the initiative of this project.
The information flow structuring project is a process of
continuous improvement that modifies the relations between the actors and aims
to bring more efficiencies to the company.
