The principal objective of this reflection entitled
« contraintes internes et fonctionnement optimal des mouvements
associatifs: L'Expérience de la Mutuelle des personnels du
Ministère de la fonction Publique et de la reforme Administrative
(MUFOPRA » is to show how certain internal obstacles or endogenic
factors obstructing MUFOPRA from functioning properly to its optimal level.
Thus we pose the following question: what are the factors hindering the proper
functioning of MUFOPRA?
In fact, associative life experiences a drop fall in its
performance because the members experience a partial or almost no satisfaction
in some of their requests desires. These short comings in revenge caused
bottlenecks or lifeless interactions within MINFOPRA in the current management
of MUFOPRA activities which unfortunately makes its functioning heavy. Our
general hypothesis shows that the function of MUFOPRA is hindered by the
existence of several endogenic factors. The verification of this hypothesis was
made possible using a methodology based on interviews, coupled with documentary
research and direct observations. Data collected and analysed effectively
revealed that internal implements are obstacles to functioning of MUFOPRA.
On one other hand, our results show that MUFOPRA is paralysed
due to the disparities related to a drop in solidarity and on the other hand,
its show weak communication and planning denounced by some members of the
association is a problem since it does not bring a better comprehension of what
is done. Nevertheless, participation also has a positive influence on the
satisfaction of work when solidarity rate is constant. In the process of
relaunching the activities of this association, a capacity building seminar for
the seminar for the members of MUFOPRA is organised on the management
association.
