RESUME
Le sujet de cette recherche est intitulé `'Le Cameroun
dans la coopération sécuritaire internationale : le cas de
l'EIFORCES 2008-2022». Il pose le problème de la contribution du
Cameroun par l'intermédiaire de l'EIFORCES au processus de
sécurisation national et international. En d'autres termes, l'objectif
est de montrer que le Cameroun concrétise sa vision stratégique,
sécuritaire nationale et internationale en 2008 en créant
l'EIFORCES. La problématique que dégage ce sujet vise à
montrer comment l'EIFORCES contribue à la construction de la
sécurité à l'échelle nationale et internationale.
Sur la base des sources orales et écrites, il ressort que la
création en 2008 de l'EIFORCES est le fruit de la combinaison des
facteurs structurels, conjoncturels et du succès national et
international du Centre de Perfectionnement aux Techniques du Maintien de
l'Ordre (CPTMO) dans les formations en Ordre Public. Lors de la
création, le Cameroun confère la mission de formation,
entrainement et recyclage des Composantes Police/Gendarmerie pour les
opérations de maintien de la paix. Une autre mission s'ajoute à
l'offre sécuritaire de cette école en 2012, Il s'agit d'effectuer
des recherches dans les domaines du soutien à la paix et de la
sécurité. Désormais, elle assure la formation des
administrateurs sécuritaires locaux et étrangers grâce aux
multiples formations qu'elle dispense, et met à la disposition des
Administrations locales et internationales des supports stratégiques
contenant des solutions aux problèmes sécuritaires
intérieurs et extérieurs. Depuis, sa création en 2008
jusqu'en 2022, l'EIFORCES a formé plusieurs administrateurs
sécuritaires nationaux et étrangers au niveau tactique,
opératif et stratégique dans les domaines du Maintien de l'Ordre
et du Maintien de la Paix. La structure à travers son Centre de
Recherche et de Documentation a produit d'importants documents
stratégiques de divers natures accompagnant les acteurs politiques
nationaux et internationaux dans la prise des décisions
sécuritaires. Cependant, malgré le bilan fort intéressant
de l'EIFORCES dans le champ sécuritaire national et international la
structure rencontre plusieurs contraintes dans l'accomplissement de ses
missions.

ABSTRACT
The subject of this research is entitled "Cameroon in
international security cooperation: the case of EIFORCES 2008-2022". It raises
the issue of Cameroon's contribution through EIFORCES to the national and
international security process. In other words, the objective is to show that
Cameroon is realising its strategic, national, and international security
vision in 2008 by creating EIFORCES. The problem that emerges from this topic
aims to show how EIFORCES contributes to the construction of security on a
national and international scale. Based on oral and written sources and written

actors in making security decisions. However, despite EIFORCES' very
interesting record in the national and international security field, the
structure encounters several constraints in the accomplishment of its
missions.
