0.6.2. Techniques used

PINTO and GRAWITZ (1977) define technique as a set of means that the researcher has adopted in order to grasp the objective of his work and therefore lead to a method to explain his plans.
To succeed in our work, we applied the following three techniques:

- Interview Technique: allowed us to have a contact with the organization authorities.
- Documentary technique allowed us to analyze and study the various documents that management uses the documents were supposed to contain the sought information.
