4.2.2 Educational
background
Educational background can mean a variety of things, but most
commonly it refers to the extent of someone's formal education to date.
Respondent education level is an important variable because it allows us to
analyze respondents' perceptions based on their level of education. Educated
people are more open and have the ability to recall past events more easily.

As shown by table 4.2 above, most of the respondents have
secondary level of education representing 58.3% of respondents, this figure
shows that most of people who practice business in Rwanda have a certain level
of education which is an opportunity to the implementation of e-procurement
because it requires computer skills.
