Résumé
Pour participer à la transformation des biens par la
production, les entreprises utilisent des services nécessaires à
l'homme et contribuent de ce fait au développement économique et
social de la nation. C'est ainsi, que nous avons participé pendant deux
mois aux activités de SIPIC Sarl, l'entreprise au sein de laquelle nous
avons constaté certaines difficultés de gestion (pilotage)
liées à l'absence des outils de contrôle de gestion; ce
qui nous a amené à prendre comme thème : tableaux de
bord de gestion et l'amélioration du pilotage des entreprises : cas
de SIPIC. Pour apporter des solutions aux difficultés, nous avons
adopté certaines démarches méthodologiques et
montré l'utilité, de l'adoption et de l'utilisation des tableaux
de bord de gestion adaptés à chaque service pour améliorer
la gestion en réduisant de manière significative les charges en
augmentant les produits de SIPIC.
Summary
To participate in the transformation (processing) of the
possessions by the production, companies use services necessary for the man and
contribute of this fact to the economic and social development of the nation.
It is so, that we participated during two months in the activities of SIPIC
Sarl, the company within which we noticed certain difficulties of management
(piloting) bound(connected) to the absence of the tools of management control;
what brought to us to set as theme: dashboards of management and the
improvement of the piloting of companies: case of SIPIC. To bring solutions of
the difficulties, we adopted certain methodological steps (initiatives) and
showed the utility, the adoption and the use of the dashboards of management
adapted to every service to improve the management by reducing in a significant
way loads (responsibilities) by increasing the products of SIPIC.
