3.4.3. Règles d'organisation
RO1 :l'état de besoin est saisie
par le chargé des approvisionnements, celui-ci élabore un
état de besoin après le rapport des approvisionnements et de
l'état du stock,ceci se fait de 08h00 à 16h00.
RO2 : lorsque l'état de besoin
est approuvé,les chargé des approvisionnements lance l'appel
d'offre .le fournisseur répondant au critère sera
sélectionné par le logisticien.
RO3 : les coordonnées des
fournisseurs sélectionnés sont saisies dans la base des
informations.
RO4 : il est élaboré un
bon de commande par le chargé des approvisionnements après
sélection et saisie des coordonnées du fournisseur.
RO5 : le service commence à 08h00
et prend fin à 16h00.
RO6 : les partenaires sont
identifiés par le logisticien, ce dernier soumet le partenaire
identifié au chargé des approvisionnements pour saisie de toutes
