Résumé
La qualité irréprochable des produits
exigés par le consommateur final, la maîtrise des risques
liés à la sécurité alimentaire et
l'institutionnalisation des échanges sont autant d'enjeux qui ont
poussés l'organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO) a
créé des normes qualité du produits et du management, ces
dernières s'imposent comme un standard international en matière
d'assurance de la qualité.
L'Enasel s'est engagée dans un projet de certification
de son système management par les normes ISO 9001 version 2000. Elle
entend par ça de promouvoir la satisfaction de ses clients, de conforter
sa position du leader sur le marché national et d'accroître son
efficience économique.
Pour le CDRS Alger, la démarche qualité lui a
permis de mieux s'organisée et de traduire les besoins clients en
exigences et les satisfaire en permanence par l'application de tous les
processus dictés par la norme ISO 9000 v 2000

3 Summary
The irreproachable quality of the products required by the
ultimate consumer, the officials of the risks related to food safety and the
institutionalisation of the exchanges are as many stakes which pushed the
International Standardisation Organisation (ISO) created standards quality of
the products and management, these last are essential like an international
standard as regards quality assurance.
Enasel engaged in a project of certification of its system
management by the standards ISO 9001 version 2000. It understands by that to
promote the satisfaction of its customers, to consolidate his position of the
leader on the national market and to increase its economic efficiency.
For the CDRS Algiers, the step quality allowed him best
organised and to translate the customers needs into requirements and to
permanently satisfy them by the application of all the processes dictated by
the ISO 9001 version 2000.
