Résumé
Ce travail de recherche traite du télétravail,
et plus particulièrement du management du télétravail. Il
s'articule autour d'une problématique : « Comment le management
peut-il s'adapter au télétravail ? ».
A travers la littérature, ce mémoire permet de
mettre en évidence un certain nombre d'aspects à
privilégier lors de la mise en place du télétravail dans
une entreprise. Il permet également de voir en quoi le management d'une
équipe en télétravail doit être différent
d'un management « classique ».
Une étude terrain a également été
réalisée auprès de salariés en
télétravail ayant (ou non) des fonctions managériales,
afin de connaitre leur vécu et leur point de vue concernant le
télétravail, et particulièrement, le management et
l'organisation du télétravail. Cette étude terrain met en
évidence les problèmes et difficultés rencontrés
par les salariés en télétravail et tente d'y apporter des
recommandations en termes de sélection et de formation, de
contrôle, de communication, de style de management, d'évaluation,
de process de travail et de temps de travail.

Abstract
This research deals with telecommuting, and particularly the
management of telecommuting. It revolves around a question: "How can the
management adapt itself to telecommuting?»
Through the literature, this report allows to highlight a
number of aspects to be favored during the implementation of telecommuting in a
company. It also allows seeing how the telework management must be different
from a "traditional" management.
A field study was also conducted with telecommuters who have
(or not) managerial functions, in order to know their experiences and their own
points of view about telecommuting, and particularly about telecommuting
organization and management. This field study highlights the problems and the
difficulties faced by telecommuters, and tries to make recommendations in terms
of selection and training, control, communication, management style,
evaluation, working process and working time.
