FRANCAIS :
Ce mémoire de fin d'étude porte sur le
fait qu'aujourd'hui notre société a un accès
illimité à l'information à travers différents
moyens de communication (internet, médias, livres, etc.). Cette
évolution de la société amène les infirmiers
à rencontrer des difficultés telles que la non-adhésion
des patients aux soins infirmiers liée à la masse d'informations
qu'ils ont en leur possession. J'ai tout particulièrement orienté
mon travail sur la posture professionnelle à avoir lors de ce type de
situation, à savoir si la formation continue en éducation
thérapeutique est un moyen de pouvoir y répondre. Ainsi je me
suis intéressé à cinq mots clés : le soin infirmier
; l'éducation thérapeutique ; l'information et la source
d'information ; la communication soignant/ soigné et la formation
continue. Ces mots m'ont permis d'approfondir mes recherches et ainsi de faire
face à ma problématique : « En quoi la formation
continue en éducation thérapeutique permet-elle à
l'infirmier d'obtenir l'adhésion du patient aux soins infirmiers face
à la masse d'informations ? ».

This thesis focuses on the fact that today our society
has unlimited access to information through various channels of communication
(internet, media, books, etc.). This evolution of society brings nurses to
experience difficulties like nonadherence of patients to nursing because of the
profusion of information they have access to. I have focused my work on the
best professional attitude to have when facing this type of situation, by
studying if continuous training in patient education is a means to answer
these. Thus, I have been interested in studying five key words: nursing care,
patient education, the information and the source of it, the
caregiver-patient's communication, and continuous education. These words have
allowed me to deepen my research and so to deal with my problematic:
«In the context of a global access to information, how continuous
therapeutic education trainings allow the nurse to obtain the patient's
adherence during nursing cares?».
