Hormis l'introduction et la conclusion le travail comporte quatre chapitres :

- Le Premier chapitre parle des fondements conceptuels

- Le deuxième chapitre traite de la notion de l'équilibre financier

- Le troisième chapitre présente l'entreprise SNEL;

- Et la quatrième chapitre porte sur l'analyse de la l'équilibre financier minimum la SNEL de 2007 à 2009.
