5. CONCLUSION

Sans tirer de conclusions définitives et péremptoires de cette étude somme toute limitée, tant sur la population choisie que sur l'activité pratiquée, ce mémoire nous semble soulever des pistes intéressantes sur une autre forme d'organisation de l'entraInement physique et de la quantification traditionnellement utilisée pour la gestion des charges de travail. En effet, l'amélioration des différents paramètres constitutifs de la qualité de force explosive (accélération initiale en chef de file) des membres inférieurs, ainsi que du temps de passage sur 40 mètres faisant suite a un entrainement des membres supérieurs, suggère des phénomènes de transfert entre les étages corporels. Il conviendrait maintenant de l'étendre a un plus grand nombre d'activités sportives et sur des niveaux d'expertise plus étendus, afin d'aboutir a des propositions plus généralisables a l'ensemble de la communauté sportive.
