RESUME
L'objectif général de la présente
étude porte sur l'optimisation de la performance par la mise en place
d'un système d'analyse financier : cas de Sunshin'Africa Motors
était de contribuer à l'amélioration de la performance de
l'entreprise Sunshin'Africa Motors pour assurer sa rentabilité
financière et sa croissance. Pour y parvenir l'hypothèse
générale selon laquelle L'optimisation de la performance de S.A.M
passe par la mise en place d'un système d'analyse financière a
été vérifiée à l'aide d'une
méthodologie basée sur des méthodes qualitatives,
quantitatives et comparatives. Par ailleurs ce travail fut possible grâce
aux données recueillies au sein de S.A.M. A partir de l'analyse faite,
des résultats chiffrés qui ont mis en exergue à quel point
il est nécessaire de mettre en place un système d'analyse
financier en vue de favoriser la performance de l'entreprise.
Enfin de par les investigations menées il a
été possible de proposer un système d'analyse financier en
vue de l'amélioration de la performance de l'entreprise.
ABSTRACT
The overall objective of this study is to optimize performance
through the implementation of a financial analysis system: Sunshin'Africa
Motors case was to contribute to improving the performance of the company
Sunshin'Africa Motors to ensure its financial profitability and growth. In
order to achieve this the general assumption that optimisation of S.A.M's
performance requires the establishment of a financial analysis system has been
verified using a methodology based on qualitative, quantitative and comparative
methods.Moreover, this work was possible thanks to the data collected from
S.A.M. Based on the analysis done, the numerical results that highlighted the
need for a financial analysis system in order to promote the company's
performance.
Finally, through the investigations carried out, it was
possible to propose a system of financial analysis for the improvement of the
company's performance.
