Résumé
Confronté à une pression de plus en plus forte et
contraignante, de la concurrence, des clients, de l'arsenal
réglementaire ou bien encore de la société civile, le
management de l'entreprise a considérablement évolué au
cours de ces dernières années. Traditionnellement
concentré sur les aspects économiques, le management a
été étendu vers d'autres domaines comme ceux, par exemple,
de la qualité, de la santé-sécurité, de
l'environnement et a concouru au développement de nouveaux standards
internationaux.
Si chacun de ces aspects a d'abord fait l'objet d'une prise en
compte individuelle et spécifique, on assiste depuis peu à une
volonté de rapprochement de la part des industriels, dans une vision
globale de maîtrise des risques. On parle alors de Système de
Management Intégré, le SMI.
Ce mémoire a deux objectifs principaux. Le premier est,
dans l'étude de chaque concept séparément, de comprendre
le sens réel du développement de tous ces systèmes de
management formalisés et normalisés. Le second est
d'appréhender au mieux la logique d'intégration actuelle et de
donner les outils à une intégration réussie.

Abstract
Confronted with a high and binding pressure from the
competitors, the customers, an arsenal of restrictive regulations or from the
civil society, the management of the company considerably evolved during these
last years. Traditionally focused on economics, the management has been
extended with other areas, such as quality, the environment, occupational
health and safety and contributed to the development of new international
standards.
If each of these aspects was the object at first of an
individual and specific consideration, we attend recently a will of link on
behalf of the industrialists, in a global vision of control of the risks. We
speak then about Integrated Management System, the IMS.
This report has two main objectives. The first one is, in the
study of every concept separately, to include the real sense of the development
of all these formalized and normalized management systems. The second is to
dread at best the logic of current integration and to give tools to a
successful integration.
