Le paludisme grave est une urgence médicale.
Après un rapide bilan clinique et la confirmation du diagnostic, il faut
administrer sans délai au patient atteint de paludisme grave un
traitement antipaludique approprié, correct et complet par voie
parentérale.
Voici les recommandations de l'OMS pour le traitement du
paludisme grave chez l'enfant :
