RESUME
Les résultats de nos descentes sur terrain ont
montrés que ces travaux d'aménagement
de la RN9 est nécessaire pour le développement
local dans la zone Mikea. Pourtant ces travaux d'aménagement routier
sont sources des vices environnementales et c'est pour cette raison que nous
avons réalisé cette étude pour montrer justement les
dangers susceptibles de touchés à l'environnement et de pouvoir
les contrôler en avance.
Nous avons mis en exergue dans cette étude, les
informations sur les travaux routiers de la RN9, la particularité de la
zone Mikea et les résultats des nos investigations concernant les
impacts du projet sur l'environnement et la forêt. Des mesures
d'atténuation et de compensation environnementale avec leurs moyens de
réalisation sont aussi intégrées dans cette étude,
à part les recommandations qui doivent être mis en oeuvre pour la
gestion durable de la forêt Mikea qui est la seule forêt
sèche pourvu des espèces uniques et endémiques de
Madagascar.

SUMMARY
The results of our raids on land have shown that these
improvements in the N9 are necessary for local development in the Mikea region.
Because of all these impacts, that are positive and negative, we have made
every effort to show the specificity of the Mikea area, in the social plan,
economic, environmental, political, administrative and local customs to be able
to demonstrate the impact of the project in the Mikea forest and propose
actions to optimize these impacts.
Yet these road improvements are sources of environmental
defect and it is for this reason that we undertook this study to show precisely
the hazards that affected the environment and to control them in advance. We
have highlighted in this study, information on road works of N9, the
peculiarity of the Mikea area and results of our investigations on the impacts
of the project on the environment and forest. Mitigation and environmental
compensation with their means of implementation are also included in this study
and some recommendations to be implemented for the sustainable management of
the Mikea forest which is the only spiny forest provided unique and endemic
species to Madagascar.
