ABSTRACT
This study baptized «THE ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF THE CELL
PHONES AND RELAYS STATIONS AND THEIR IMPACTS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES ON THE
HUMAN HEALTH» examines the microwaves dangers used precisely by the cell
phones and the Relays Stations wireless in Democratic Republic of Congo in the
city of Beni, Province of the North Kivu, to the East of Congo.
During this research, we intended the ultimate objective to
put informed the population of Beni about the harmfulness of these last while
agreeing him to avoid them in the numerous possibilities and to rescue to
protect themselves of it to the better when their cannot avoid them. With the
New Technologies of information and the Communication, the internationalization
enters in an authentic incontestable period, the one of "the era of
information». The universe is being more and smaller, the DR Congo cannot
steal itself to the dynamics of the amplification moistened by the Cellular
mobile technologies.
Rather than to see the means by excellence of the
proliferation of a negative internationalization, the one that alienates the
cultures, standardize the thought, enriched of advantage the rich to the
detriment of the poor, Congo must seize the opportunities that the NTIC offer
to the entrepreneurial in order to reposition itself on the path of the
development.

This present survey succinctly the NTIC and their contribution
in the enterprise. It aims to allow the entrepreneurs and Congolese users to
seize on the one hand, the profits of the use of the NTIC in the organization
and the management of their activities and on the other hand to impregnate
themselves of the opportunities that these technologies offer in the innovation
and the creation of new services susceptible to throw back the sector of
information and the communication that proves to be the key of the development
of a country nowadays.
After having analyzed the state of places of the NTIC in DRC
and demonstrated their importance in the use of the cell phones, the survey
puts the previous to the spreading and to the appropriation of these
technologies in the country. Then it formulates the recommendations that
consist to the awareness of public power of the necessity to promote the NTIC
through a suitable public politics. The survey also proposes the implication of
the big enterprises (centers of scientific research) and of the Congolese civil
society in the problematic of the spreading and the appropriation of the NTIC
in DRC

RESUME DU TRAVAIL
Cette étude baptisée DE L'ANALYSE DE L'USAGE DES
TELEPHONES PORTABLES ET LEURS INCIDENCES D'ONDES ELECTROMAGNETIQUES SUR LA
SANTE HUMAINE examine singulièrement les dangerosités micro-ondes
utilisées par les téléphones portables et les antennes
relais sans fil en République Démocratique du Congo
précisément dans la ville de Beni, Province du Nord Kivu,
à l'Est du Congo.
Au cours de cette recherche, nous nous sommes proposés
l'ultime objectif de mettre au courant la population Congolaise de la
nocivité de ces derniers en lui consentant de les éviter dans les
nombreuses éventualités et de le secourir et s'en protéger
aux mieux quand il ne peut les prévenir. Avec les Nouvelles Technologies
de l'Information et de la Communication (NTIC), l'internationalisation entre
dans une authentique période incontestable, celle de «l'ère
de l'information. L'univers étant de plus en plus petit, le RD Congo ne
peut se subtiliser à la dynamique de l'amplification imbibé par
les technologies Cellulaire mobile.
Plutôt que de voir le moyen par excellence de la
prolifération d'une mondialisation négative, celle qui
aliène les cultures, uniformise la pensée, enrichie d'avantage
les riches au détriment des pauvres, le Congo doit saisir les
opportunités qu'offrent les NTIC à l'entrepreneuriat afin de se
repositionner sur le chemin du développement.

Cette étude présente succinctement les NTIC et
leur apport dans l'entreprise. Elle vise à permettre aux entrepreneurs
et usagers congolais de saisir d'une part, les bénéfices de
l'utilisation des NTIC dans l'organisation et la gestion de leurs
activités et d'autre part de s'imprégner des opportunités
qu'offrent ces technologies dans l'innovation et la création de nouveaux
services susceptibles de relancer le secteur de l'information et de la
communication qui s'avère de nos jours la clé du
développement d'un pays.
Après avoir analysé l'état de lieux des
NTIC en RDC et démontré leur importance dans l'usage des
téléphones mobiles, l'étude pose les préalables au
déploiement et à l'appropriation de ces technologies dans le
pays. Ensuite elle formule des recommandations qui consistent à la prise
de conscience de pouvoir public, et de la nécessité de promouvoir
les NTIC à travers une politique publique appropriée.
L'étude propose également l'implication des grandes entreprises
(centres de recherches scientifiques) et de la société civile
congolaise dans la problématique du déploiement et de
l'appropriation des NTIC en RDC.
