3. Objectif général de la JIRAMA

La JIRAMA produit, transporte et distribue l'électricité à Madagascar, en même temps qu'elle assure l'alimentation en eau potable et industrielle à travers le pays. Elle est responsable de la vie du secteur public et du secteur privé en maintenant les activités conjointes eau/électricité. Il a donc pour objectif de fournir de l'eau potable et de l'électricité à tous les secteurs qui en ont besoin.
