RESUME
L'accès aux ressources financières au niveau
local par toutes les couches de la société constitue un outil
majeur de développement à la base. La présente
étude vise à analyser la dynamique spatiale et économique
impulsée par les structures et pratiques financières sur le
développement local dans la commune d'Ifangni.
Les enquêtes de terrains pour la collecte des
informations ont été effectuées auprès des
structures et acteurs financiers sans escomptés leurs usagers. La
présence de ces structures constitue un facteur déterminant des
pratiques financières encours dans cet espace géographique. Ces
pratiques influencent la vie sociale et économique des populations tout
en contribuant au développement de la commune d'Ifangni.
Cette étude nous permet de conclure que les structures
et acteurs financiers représentent un dispositif très important
dans le développement socio-économique.

AB STRAT
The access to the financial resources at the local level by
all the layers of the society constitutes an important tool for development at
the base. The present study aims at analyzing space and economic dynamics
impelled by the structures and financial practices on local development in the
Ifangni district.
The investigations on the field for the collection of
information were made with the financial organisation actors without ignoring
their users. The presence of these structures constitutes a decisive factor of
the financial practices which are going on in this geographical area. These
practices influence the social and economic life of the populations while
contributing to the development of the Ifangni district. This study enables us
to conclude that the financial structures and actors represent a very important
device in the socio-economic development.
