| ABSTRACT:               As part of our research, we have given the main
objective is to understand the logic that lie at the heart of the production
companies AES-SONEL and SABC newspapers. And through the practices carried out
by these enterprises (white propaganda and holistic marketing), our research
problem is structured around the objectives of the newspapers companies AES
SONEL, and the SABC. Then we asked about the logical actions of the actors in
the various uses of business newspapers; production targets of these newspapers
and collection targets (internal / external) AES-SONEL and SABC.                 In this comprehensive approach, we provided
interim findings that: the logical action to AES-SONEL and the SABC is to use
newspaper companies to influence the targets (internal and external), induce
patterns of behavior in order to ensure the support and participation of the
latter in achieving the objectives set by the structure. In the second
instance, the production targets of these companies are newspapers to inform
the targets on the actions and activities of the company to present its vision
and results. And as a third hypothesis, employees of AES-SONEL and SABC receive
this info-communicational device (the business newspaper) as a propaganda tool,
developed by the structure to build a brand and sympathy.                 To support our hypothesis, we relied on a
theoretical basis featuring the sociology of action logic, the theory of
mediation and the theory of social representations. And have reached the
findings that: logs companies AES SONEL and SABC are info-communicational
devices that rely on the white propaganda, holistic marketing to build a
corporate image and to join and participate targets (internal and external) to
project the company to achieve its objectives. Keys-words:
