ABSTRACT
Evaluation with nutritional value of traditional
wild food used by the different rural community in South-Kivu province of
Democratic Republic of Congo: case of Bashi, Barega and Bafuliro
people.
For reducing of security families of alimentary and the
control of poorly of the rural population, a signal is fixed in the valuation
of the using and the selling of wild fork food (FAO/OMS 2010). In the way, in
the aim to contribute in the value of base alimentation who form the wild food
Traditional (AST) used by the different fork community in South-Kivu downtown
of DRC by evaluation and the finally of their nutritive values.
A study of transversal descriptive and the main clearly leaden
the villages of Walungu territory, Kabare, Kalehe, Mwenga and Uvira. Indeed to
put in brace the different traditional wild food, the nutritive value and the
influence factory for the using and the selling of traditional wild food used
the South-Kivu downtown the rural communities, this study is put on the period
of April 2nd until 26th of September 2015 in five
territories into eight in the downtown.
For searching the hypotheses by basing of the objectives of
this study who explain the value nutritional of traditional wild food, in this
in case to list the wild traditional food used by rural community of
South-Kivu, to check the main nutritive of some wild traditional food, to
describe the state of save nutritionals of people who use it; to make clear the
influence factors the using and the selling of the wild traditional food.
The results of readily analysis of some composition in mines
of nutritive and the statistics analyses descriptive and inferential of the
talent of field says that the wild traditional food used different according to
the rural community but there is the same for some food. The wild traditional
food taken of this searching are useful put above in the subject nutritive, it
means they are classed also among the rich food in proteins as the meat and
fish; and the people who use it are in good health of safe and nutritional
(p<0.001).
The organoleptic qualities, the nutritional value, the
characters way or natural way and alimentary behave are the factories who give
the exigencies, the using of wild traditional food. Except the aim important
that play the wild traditional food in the alimentation of the population who
lives in the rural and during their period of great available, they are
interviewer or they used more in the traditional curing like say the totality
of searching, almost those who have the origin of herbs. There is the forest
mines who are not conventional of the great value in the security of food and
who impose a clearness the more increase of all the community in order to
increase his option strangles and maintain the different service environment of
forest.
The results of this position will use the base of some people
who take the value of using of the wild food traditional and the checking
against the misery and the bad alimentation in the rural communities of
south-Kivu downtown.
