Hormis l'introduction et la conclusion, notre travail comprend 3chapitres : le premier chapitre traite des notions préliminaires, le deuxiéme chapitre parle du Droit International Humanitaire et le Comité International de la Croix Rouge et le troisième chapitre planche sur la contribution du CICR en R.D.C.
