Résumé / Abstract
Dans le cadre de la formation des ingénieurs des
travaux informatiques à l'institut Africain d'informatique,(IAI), il est
instauré , en fin de troisième année d'études un
stage pratique de trois mois en entreprise. A l'issu de celui-ci, le candidat
est tenu de rédiger un mémoire basé sur un projet en
rapport avec les activités de cette dernière. A cet effet, nous
avons effectué notre stage du 04/juin au 01/Octobre 2012 au CENADI. Ce
qui nous a donné l'occasion de constater que le rendement de
l'infrastructure téléphonique pouvait être optimisé
si celle-ci venait à être intégrée dans le
réseau informatique. Pour ce faire notre projet portera sur la mise en
place au sein du LAN du CENADI, d'un serveur de téléphonie sur
IP, encore appelé IPBX. Plusieurs solutions existent sur le
marché, mais notre choix a été porté sur ASTERSK,
sous une plate-forme linux à l'aide d'une distribution
dédiée, dénommée TRIXBOX. Celui-ci sera
connecté au RTC au GSM et au CDMA par des passerelles
appropriées. Les clients quant à eux sont soit des
téléphones logiciels sous Windows ou Linux, soit des
téléphones IP matériels, ou encore des
téléphones analogiques, connectés sur adaptateur(ATA).
Pour permettre une gamme variée des services de communication, nous
installerons le serveur de messagerie instantané OPENFIRE, qui aura pour
clients SPARK.
Avec cet projet , le CENADI va non seulement disposer d'une
infrastructure permettant la fluidité des communications à
moindre coût, mais aussi donner aux clients de son accès internet
, l'opportunité de véhiculer leurs communications voix à
destination des réseaux RTC , GSM et CDMA à travers sa passerelle
pour un coût très réduit. En plus dans le cadre de sa
mission de conseil des administrations, ce projet lui donne un argument de plus
en ce qui concerne les solutions informatiques permettant de réduire les
lourdes factures téléphoniques.

In the setting of the training of assistant engineers of
computer sciences into the African institute of computer sciences, it is
instituted, at the end of third year of study a practicum convenient of three
months in enterprise. To the descended of this one, the candidate is held to
write one memory based on a project in relation with the activities of this
enterprise. To this effect, we did our practicum from June, 04 to October 01
2012 in the CENADI. That gave us the opportunity to note that the output of the
telephonic infrastructure could be optimized if this one came to be integrated
in the computer network. For that to make, our project will be about the
setting up within the LAN of the CENADI, of telephony over IP server, even
named IPBX. Several solutions exist on the, but our choice has been carried on
ASTERSK, under a platform Linux with the help of a dedicated distribution,
named TRIXBOX. This one will be connected to the RTC, GSM and CDMA by suitable
gateways. The clients as for them are either of software telephones under
Windows or Linux, either of IP material telephones, or of analogical
telephones, connected on adaptor (ATA). To permit a range varied of the
communication services, we will install the server of carrying trade
instantaneous OPENFIRE, that will have for customers SPARK.
With this project, CENADI is not only going to have an
infrastructure allowing the fluidity of the
communications least cost , but also give to
customers of
its internet access , the opportunity to transport their communications voices
to the RTC networks, GSMS and CDMA through its gateway for a very reduced cost.
In more in the setting of its mission of advicer of the administrations, this
project gives CENADI an argument besides with regard to the computer solutions
permitting to reduce the heavy telephonic invoices.
