ABSTRACT
The AIDS is a real social plague worldwide. This
plaque stays indifferently in the sex, in the skin color or the class of social
membership. In spite of the various therapeutic means operated to insure the
control of this disease, the report remains bitter: the AIDS continues to cause
numerous deaths. In view of this situation, we suggested finding a solution of
strengthening of the therapeutic means used through, a study on the theme:
«measures of hygiene taken by the sicks persons to improve their quality
of life» our objective of research is to identify the measures.
Our study is quantitative because we used the dialectical
method of research through the questionnaire. The survey investigation was made
with 100 sicks persons followed at the Day hospital of the Hospital Center of
Yaoundé. The results of the investigation revealed that the factors
which can influence the measures of hygiene to these sicks persons are the knot
use of the condom during the sexual intercourse (41%), the excessive grip
(taking) of alcohol (53%) and at the end the bad food supply (64%) bound
(connected) bound (connected) to the weak financial efficiency on the latter.
In the light of the results of this search research, suggestions were
formulated the most important of which are: strengthen the level of information
about the HIV/AIDS; encourage the population to break the silence around the
HIV; realize campaigns insisting particularly on the advantages of the
lifestyle healthy at sicks persons; improve the follow-up of the sicks persons
by the staff of the departments of screenings; intensify the house calls and
make follow-ups to verify that the PVVIH; adopts the behavior at lesser
risk.
