RESUME
Ce travail scientifique dont le sujet est
« croissance économique et amélioration des conditions
de vie de population congolaise, réalités, écueils et
perspectives : de 2007 à 2014 » il est question de
comprendre et d'interpréter le concept « croissance
économique » d'après ses déterminants, ses
effets et comment elle se calcul selon différents auteurs. En suite le
concept « Amélioration de condition de vie de
population » qui peut être garantie dans plusieurs domaine
dont : les besoins fondamentaux, la santé pour tous,
l'éducation, les infrastructures, etc.
Ainsi, nous avons eu à comparer la croissance
économique accélérée qu'a réalisée la
République Démocratique du Congo il y a cinq années
successives face à la vie sociale de la population dont la
réalité reste dominer par le manque de corrélation entre
ces deux concepts clés. C'est -à-dire que la manière dont
vit la population congolaise ne reflète pas ce qu'affiche la croissance
économique en RDC.
Nous avons fixé certaines perspectives pour pallier
à cette situation ; c'est-à-dire, comment cette croissance
économique rapide de la RDC peut avoir l'influence positive dans le
vécu de la population congolaise. C'est ainsi que pour nous, il serait
mieux que les autorités s'y impliquent avec une politique de bonne
gouvernance mettant en exergue la redistribution des revenus d'une
manière équitable, développer le progrès technique
car il constitue un atout pour l'amélioration de conditions de vie
humaine.
Avec les fruits de cette croissance, il faudrait investir
surtout dans les secteurs porteurs de cette croissance surtout pas dans les
secteurs de luxe. il faudrait investir dans les secteurs pouvant créer
d'emplois à forte consommation de la main d'oeuvre comme le secteur de
communication, de l'agriculture, de l'éducation et de la santé. A
ce moment, la croissance économique sera inclusive, distributive et
endogène pour le bien-être de la population congolaise.

SUMMARY
This scientific work whose subject is "economic growth and
improvement of the living conditions of population Congolese, realities,
shelves and prospects: from 2007 to 2014 "it is a question of
including/understanding and of interpreting the concept" economic growth
"according to its determinants, its effects and how it calculation according to
various authors. In continuation the concept "Improvement of living condition
of population" which can be guaranteed in several field of which: fundamental
needs, health for all, education, infrastructures, etc.
Thus, we had to compare the accelerated economic growth which
the Democratic Republic of Congo carried out five years ago successive and the
social life of the population whose reality remains to dominate by the lack of
correlation between these two key concepts. It is with-statement which the way
in which the population Congolese saw does not reflect what the economic growth
in RDC posts.
We fixed certain prospects to mitigate this situation; how
this fast economic growth of the RDC can have the positive influence in lived
of the population Congolese. Thus for us, it would be better than the
authorities are implied there with a policy of good governance putting forward
the redistribution of the incomes in an equitable way, to develop technical
progress because it constitutes an asset for the improvement of human living
conditions.
For the fruits of this growth, it would be necessary to invest
especially in the sectors carrying this growth especially not in the sectors of
luxury. It would be necessary to invest in the sectors being able to create
jobs with strong consumption of the labor like the sector of communication, of
agriculture, education and health. At this time, the economic growth will be
inclusive, distributive and endogenous for the wellbeing of the population
Congolese.
